SITTING ROOM
The focus of this room is the stone fireplace with log fire. It also has an exposed, original beam and shuttered windows. The large, comfy sofas are perfect for sinking into after a busy day walking or sightseeing. The wide screen TV is complete with DVD and SKY so you can bring your own DVDs and CDs or you can book a film using Sky Box Office (payment required – terms explained when booking).

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
This large bright room has lots of space for cooking and dining and is very well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. It is well stocked with cutlery and crockery etc. The dining area adjoins the kitchen and has a stable door which opens onto the attractive cobbled forecourt. Scented herbs and flowers surround the stone seats where you can sit with a drink watching village life as the sun goes down.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and large bathroom.
The large main bedroom can sleep 2 or 3 with either 3 single beds or a Super Kingsize with an extra single. A cot can be provided on request. This room has a lofty feel with exposed beams in the high ceiling. The views from the bedroom windows are lovely.
The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite WC and wash basin. This room also has a high ceiling and the same view.

BATHROOM
The large bathroom has a corner bath with thermostatic shower, washbasin and WC. Here, you can relax in the bath while looking out of the window to the rolling hills in the distance.
All linen and towels are provided (with the exception of cot linen).

GAMES ROOM
The cottage has a basement games room/den with TV, play area and a selection of toys for younger children. The games room has natural light from a large window.

The cottage has double glazed sash windows throughout and has full central heating. A phone is provided for emergency use.
